24 Hour WOD

Congratulations to Valerie Hart who completed a CrossFit Endurance 24 Hour WOD this weekend.

The WOD was:

Every hour, on the hour, for 24 hours:
Run for 10 mins, rest for 50.

Awesome work Valerie. She ran a total of 24.25 miles.
