Fran Day is fast approaching. See you Saturday at Bayou City CrossFit. This is a free workout. Your movements will be judged for an official time. See ya’ at 8am or 9am.

    I will be rocking my fran gear…….Chuck Ts, knee high socks, larry bird shorts and most importantly my liger wrist bands. Flippin Sweet!!!!!
