New Bootcamp

New Bayou City Crossfit Bootcamp to start in The Heights/Garden Oaks Area.  The Bootcamp will meet three times a week in the morning 6:00 am or 6:30 am, location TBD.  For those who are interested please contact Doug Lopez, Doug@BayouCityCrossfit.com.  More information to follow.
