Paleo Challenge

Paleo Challenge:

Paleo Talk on Sunday January 8th at 5pm

Cost:  50$/person with no more than 7-8 people per coach.

Start/End Date: Monday, January 9th – Monday, February 20th
-Each participant will have their waist measured in inches AND by the BodyMetrix Ultrasound.
-Every week there will be an objective that participants must complete. The “home work” will be checked for completion by the assigned coach.
-Team’s waist measurements will be averaged out, and the winning team will be decided by total loss of inches, fat% at the waist, AND completion of the weekly objectives.
