Both run together

Only one person working at a time

20 Burpees

40 Jumping Lunges

60 Situps

80 Push ups

20 Burpees

When we finished we had Stefani Harris lead us in a great Yoga session!! If you missed her this month she will be back next month!! I did not get a full head count but I think we had over 85 people this morning!!! Thank you to everyone that came out and made this a success!!
