Andrew Mitchell

Andrew has been an athlete his whole life, he participated in soccer, lacrosse and track during high school in upstate NY and improved his soccer skills during college. He is always trying to stay active with other sports such as snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, surfing and numerous other adrenaline surging exploits. When he discovered CrossFit in April of 2009 he was coming off a soccer injury and years of “lifting” at the local globo gyms, needless to say, he got his butt kicked when he stepped into the compound, but he was hooked! His first WOD left him unable to straighten his arms from so many pull ups, but he loved it and couldn’t stay away! He loves that it is about the community, and looks forward to helping others conquer their goals. It’s also become a sport for him, as he enjoys the competitive aspect and still gets butterflies in his stomach driving to the gym!

Andrew’s certifications: CrossFit L1,  CrossFit Kettlebell Instructor, CrossFit Gymnastics &  CrossFit Joint Mobility and Recovery
