Bootcamp: Spotts Park
Now is the time to be proactive in your fitness and nutrition ventures, especially with
the holiday’s right around the corner. There is nothing better than not having to worry about the usual
holiday weight gain woes and having a better self-image to boot!
Come on out for a fun-filled yet challenging workout tailored specifically to YOUR abilities. No yelling,
no judgement and no nonsense! This is a great way to reach your fitness goals in a team-oriented,
constructive, and professionally developed manner! Never has fitness been more attainable!
When: M/W/F for 5:30 am and 6:30 am classes.
Can’t make all 3? That’s ok, just come twice a week.
Where: Spotts Park, Houston, TX
We will meet just outside the parking lot at Heights and Willia.
What to expect:
Professionally developed workouts based upon progressive periodization.
A constantly varied exercise selection utilizing CrossFit methodology and Strength and
Conditioning modalities. You will NEVER do the same workout twice, except for goals and
benchmark testing.
Calisthenics, plyometrics, gymnastics, kettlebells, dumbells, sprinting, jogging, agility
work, dynamic warm-ups, and a healthy dose of hard work.
Fitness and benchmark testing designed to test a wide variety of fitness domains and your
progress.
Fast-paced and team-oriented atmospheres that will help build cardiovascular capacity and
camaraderie.
Accountability, conversations and group meetings to go over diet and nutrition.
Goal setting and body measurements to help keep you on track.
Fun, excitement, and reaching fitness goals!
