Option 1: You can start with one-on-one classes. These are personal training classes between you and one of our coaches.
Option 2: Or, to get started you can complete one intro and basic classes. See information below.
Option 3: You can start at one of our bootcamps

Please arrive for class 15 minutes early. Bring water, a towel, and good attitude.

After completing your intro class you must complete 8 basic classes. 2 classes a week for a month. This will be discussed at your intro class.
8 Basic Classes Required after an intro class
offered during the following times:
Mon 5:45PM
Tues 6:30PM
Thurs 6:15PM
Fri 5:45PM
