All the coaches have great knowledge in the subject. Kris graduated with a BS in nutrition.
We can help if its a CrossFit competition, a Marathon, or just your everyday life.
Strength Programs:
Whether your goals are to gain muscle mass, increase strength and max effort lifts, or to simply complete CrossFit workouts “as Rx’d” we can create a strength program for you to do it. For 90% of us, getting stronger doesn’t happen simply because we don’t have a plan. Let us create a plan for you to get stronger and reach your next set of goals.
